Merchandise Design Contest Rules
Purpose
The Sister Cities Association of Springfield is seeking original artwork for official organization merchandise. Designs should celebrate international friendship, cultural exchange, and the relationships between Springfield and its sister cities:
Ashikaga, Japan
Jining, China
